Primary Care Paramedic

Locations: Marfleet Group Practice, Clifton House Medical Centre, The Avenues Medical Centre and Campus Medical Centre

Pay: ARRS pay scheme £25 per hour.

Hours: Full time/Part time/Job share

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Paramedic to join our Acclaim Primary Care Network (PCN) Team.  

Acclaim PCN are a group of four independant GP Practices serving around 40,000 patients across Hull.

As part of the Enhanced Health in Care Homes initiative, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with GPs, care home staff, PCN Pharmacy team and with wider health and social care teams to deliver ward rounds to our aligned Care homes, providing continuity of care for our most complex patients as well as providing a same day and proactive home visiting service to our housebound patients.

On a day-to-day basis, as a qualified or experienced paramedic, you will be autonomous and accountable, provide a holistic approach, undertake assessment, triage, management, treatment, and risk assessment underpinned by shared decision-making and the encouragement of self-management.
